Join Us at the NHCA Conference – Roommate Matching Available!

We’re thrilled to have you attend the NHCA Conference this year! We know that the cost of attending a conference can add up, so we’re here to help you save on accommodation by offering a roommate matching service.

If you’re interested in sharing a room at the conference hotel, simply fill out the Roommate Matching Form by December 10th. We’ll do our best to pair you with a suitable roommate and will provide you with their contact details once a match is made.

Important Information:

• Roommate Matching is Voluntary: This service is offered as a courtesy, and while we aim to match everyone, we cannot guarantee that a match will be found.
• Responsibilities: Roommates are responsible for booking and paying for their accommodations directly. We do not provide financial assistance for housing or handle reservations.
• Roommate Compatibility: We are not responsible for any issues that may arise between roommates, such as compatibility or disagreements.
• Notification of Match: If we’re unable to find you a roommate, you’ll be notified by December 15th so you can make other arrangements. If you would like to be notified sooner, please contact us.
• Cancellation: If you decide after submitting the form that you no longer wish to be matched, please let us know as soon as possible. This will allow us to adjust our matching process and assist other attendees.
